Tammy joined the project last year but circumstances kept her from participating but she wanted to so bad she joined in again this year. Tammy is 47, has a daughter and a son, she is recently divorced and on a new career path. She is studying to be a Red Seal Chef.
Tammy doesn’t like to have her picture taken, she prefers to be behind the camera as most of us women usually find ourselves as the family photographer. But she felt it was an important step in her process to do this for herself. She has experienced trauma in her past and took most of her life to recognize and start healing from PTSD, she has been in therapy for the last 4 years and is on the way to her brighter future. She loves to be outside, cooking and baking.
