Couple weeks ago I had the Fabulous Darcie in for her Fab@40+ session and she killed it. Darcie finds herself at a new cross roads in life where health and fitness has become a priority for her. She has been working hard to achieve her fitness goals and she is looking strong and feeling like a new woman. She says the next step is to compete in strength fitness competitions, and is anxiously awaiting for them to get started again. I look forward to following Darcie on her journey, we hope to do another session when she is all cut up and ready for the stage. I will be here cheering you on, Darcie. The dedication it takes to compete in fitness is intense! I wish you all the luck!
