This is Tracy….51 years Fabulous! Tracy is a busy single mom of 3 kids, she is a teacher and has her own business called Expressive Arts Therapy. Expressive Arts Therapy is a space for people to express themselves through art, be it traditional art forms of painting, drawing, crafting or dance, music and movement.
She is from Ottawa originally but moved out west at the age of 6. She grew up in Fort McMurray until she went to University in Edmonton. She has been a Central Alberta girl ever since. She would tell her younger self not to be so fearful of taking the next step just trust your gut and go for it.
Tracy wanted to join the project not only because it sounded like a fun experience for herself but she also really loved the idea of the Gala Party and Art Show and building a community of women who want to uplift each other.
Her hobbies are painting and drawing, refurbishing furniture, reading, running and yoga.
