This is Lourena, 49 years Fabulous! Lourena is doing a fun self loving project, going into her 50th year she is doing 50 things just for her! And that included joining our project! Doing 50 things she has never done before, collecting 50 words people use to describe her and sending out letters to people and organizations who have helped her to get to this place in her life. A year of gratitude and self love! So amazing!
Lourena was born in Comox, BC, military family. Moved to Alberta in 2001. She is a massage therapist and she enjoys apothecary work making her own medicinal teas, soaps, lotions etc. She is mentor for domestic violence and child abuse and helps other ladies get out of domestic violence situations. She herself is a survivor.
She has 3 kids, 19. 18. and 14. She is married and just moved to Leduc County.
Her favourite saying is: Let go and let God!
