Meet Jen, she is 51 years Fabulous!
Jen loves to socialize and entertain. She enjoys going out for dinner at restaurants or BBQing at home, it’s not unusual to have dinner parties for 20 or so people. Jen joined the project because her friend Nicole talked her in to it, and she thought it would be a fun thing to do. Then they talked Lesley (whom you will meet her later this month) in to joining in as well. Thank you ladies, being a part of this project with a group of friends is so fun. These three ladies enjoy going out and doing things together, dressing up and attending events. She was born and raised in AB, lived in Medicine Hat and then moved to RD in 2008. She is married and they have two daughters.
About 10 years ago, a tragic accident took the life of her eldest daughter which forced Jen and her husband down a path that no parents should have to navigate. She is strong when she speaks of it, and looks forward to the day when they meet again. For now she makes time to enjoy the moments that make her happy, and she is busy, as she calls it, “Raising Seniors”. They moved her parents, now both 90, in with them last year and she is their care giver. You can tell when you meet Jen that she has a big heart and a giving nature.
