I knew Steph’s photoshoot was going to be a fun one because she is a singer and performer. And so when I asked her to dance she had no problem letting go! Dancing is such a great way to get movement in and genuine expression on ones face. I almost always ask my clients to dance, most look at me like I have lost my mind but in the end it creates great images.
Steph turned 49 this year, and she is rockin’ it! She says she has always suffered with body dysmorphia but is now the most confident and accepting of herself. She joined our project to celebrate herself.
Originally from Salt Spring Island, BC she moved out to AB in 2015. She is married and has a daughter whom she wants to install confidence in at a young age, and perhaps break the cycle us women have about negativity of our own bodies for much of our lives. What if we could just move through all our stages in life completely accepting of who we are and what we look like? That would be so powerful.
