This is Julie. Julie is 43 born and raised in AB, lives in Rocky Mountain House and loves horses. She participates in Ranch Rodeo Competitions, roping. She has two teenaged boys and at 40 found herself single and making changed to treat herself as her own number one.
She has been working on building her self confidence and this is what drew her to the project. She, like all of us, is finding herself entering in to this next stage of the journey and wondering who Julie really is. I know that is what happened to me as well when I hit 40, and I think this happens to many of us. All of us have had a journey up until now that has shaped who and where we are. Some have had a harder road than others but we have all had a journey. I hope every day you take a step toward something that is for you, what ever that may be, even if it’s just a moment of quiet to reflect and recharge.
