Kaithey turned 40 a few short weeks ago. She is celebrating a new decade in style. She is a single mom of 4 daughters, a Lab Assistant and lives in Sylvan Lake. She is from Alberta and lived in and around central AB her whole life. She has a large extended family she spends time with. She enjoys axe throwing (her form of therapy) and more recently curling.
Kaithey has always put others first. Growing up she had a tumultuous upbringing. She is the oldest of a large family and had to help take care of her younger siblings. And now she finds herself single, raising 4 daughters on her own. She has come to realize that she must “fix me” before she can give to anyone else. The last year has shown her that she does not give herself enough credit for her life achievements and she is now learning the importance of taking care of herself and celebrating her wins.
Her motto is: “I work hard because I have to, I have no one else to fall back on” and that is all that she needs.
